What moves the price

Battery health above 85% earns the top band. Screen condition matters more than body scratches — a cracked or deeply scuffed display is the biggest deduction. Original box and cable add a little; storage size adds a lot.

Before you bring it in

Back up to iCloud or your computer. Sign out of iCloud (Settings, your name, Sign Out) — this releases Activation Lock, and we cannot accept a locked device. Erase it in Settings, General, Transfer or Reset. Bring the box if you have it, and any proof of purchase for newer devices.
